We supply drilling mud manifolds for onshore operations. The type of valves, pressure ratings, trims, temperature ranges, size and configurations of the manifolds are as per the clients’ requirements.
The manifold welds are X-ray inspected. Post Welded Heat Treatment is performed on the welded joints. Full reports from certified third parties are provided to the clients.All pressure tests are conducted as per API 6A with third party (BV, DNV, Lloyds) witness
We supply well testing Choke manifold of various sizes, configurations and pressure ratings up to 20’000 PSI WP. All manifolds are as per clients’ requirements and tested as per API 6A.
The manifolds can be mounted on onshore skids.
Complete range of choke beans are also available.
We supply complete Choke & Kill manifolds for onshore drilling operations. The type of valves and chokes, the pressure ratings, trims, temperature ranges, size and configurations of the manifolds are as per the clients’ requirements. The manifolds can be equipped with customized Buffer Chambers and with hydraulic drilling chokes, which also provides Drilling Choke Control Consoles.
We supply Oil diverter manifolds and Gas diverter manifolds. Dimensions of the manifolds and configurations can be customized as per clients’ requirements. Connections can be flanged, hammer unions, API clamp hubs, Grayloc.
All manifolds are pressure tested as per API 6A.
We supply Mud Pump packages for drilling and workover operations. The mud pumps can be of any brand (GD, National, Dragon, Bomco, Gaso,….) and can be driven by either electric drive (GE, Joliet,…), hydraulic drive or mechanical drive (CAT, MTU, Cummins, Deutz,…).
The mud pumps are equipped with Pulsation Dampener, charging centrifugal pumps and pressure safety and reset valves.
The units can be built in several modules for easy of transport and lifting for onshore operations.
We supply fluid transfer pumps using a variety of pump types and materials to comply with the application. The transfer pumps can be made of carbon steel with an internal FRP coating, or they can be entirely manufactured in Stainless Steel or Teflon.
The pump types include centrifugal, single stage or multistage, membrane, progressive cavity or reciprocating types.
The diesel engines can be water cooled or air cooled with manual or pneumatic PTO clutches.
The electric motors can be AC or DC, with optional equipping with variable speed control.
We supply a wide variety of pumping units either single or twin configuration, on skid, trailer, truck, for onshore services, for desert or arctic environment. They can also be CE marked or GOST and certified as Rigsafe or Zone 2 on request.
Source and supply a wide range of integral treating iron in STD and H2S service, in 2”, 3” and 4” for cementing, and stimulation. The iron is available with Fig.1502 connections and on request with Fig.2002, Fig.2202, API Clamp Hubs and Grayloc connections.

All the treating iron is pressure tested according to API 6A standards. All material traceability and Metallurgy and NDT reports are included in the databook of each piece.
